Prototypes and Concurrent Engineering
We have built a young and motivated team of engineers who understand our processes down to the smallest detail and push constantly for improvement. Engineering activity is focused in two distinct fields: Processes and Products.
Processes: we optimise our processes continually, identifying and making investments that permit us to achieve our objectives, steadily improving the efficiency of our production plant year after year.
Products: we build prototypes in collaboration with our clients so as to minimise the possible risks inherent in mass production.
The entire Elay Group employs an internal engineering platform (PII), which allows the engineering teams at our various plants to securely share their knowledge and experience. This collaboration drastically improves the speed, quality, and efficiency of our engineering solutions.
