Towards the 0 PPB

Following the requirements of some of our clients, several automation projects have recently been developed, both in the manufacturing processes and in the final inspection of our main products.

 

The final objective is not so much to reduce direct labour costs, but to guarantee, through the improvement of the production process, a minimum generation of internal PPMs and, through 100% automatic control of finished product, the supply to clients with 0 PPB.

In this sense, the third robotized overmolding cell has already been implemented and have also successfully been completed the measures adopted to get 100% control of characteristics such as hardness throughout the piece volume, dimensional control, flatness, presence of thread, presence of plastic and free of burrs or foreign particles.

Based on these positive experiences and provided that the client agrees, we will continue to make the necessary investments to guarantee the supply of products that meet their specifications at 100%.
