Elay Group Board Members visit the Celay plant

The board members Kristina Elkoro and Juan Luis Ayastui visited us for a week.
Ever since the Celay plant was created we have worked in the “Elay Way” (the values of Elay) which is a reference model for all the plants of the Elay Group. In this model it is key to develop the connection and communication between plants.
The purpose for the recent visit of Kristina Elkoro, CEO of the Group, and Jose Luis Ayastui, Group Board Member, was to reinforce this collaboration. For a week they have been overseeing and contributing to Celay´s development.
